RANGELY, Colo. (November 16, 2021) - The Colorado Northwestern Community College Women's Basketball team is off to a strong start, and the Scenic West Athletic Conference is taking note.

CNCC's Erin Mauro earned this week's Scenic West 'Player-of-the-Week' award, thanks to leading Colorado Northwestern to a 69-66 win over Central Wyoming College. Mauro has Colorado Northwestern off to a 3-0 start.

A native of Pueblo, Colo., Mauro scored 20 points on 7-of-15 shooting. She also posted 4 rebounds, alongside a pair of assists and steals in the win. 

Colorado Northwestern will travel to play in a tournament at the College of Southern Idaho this weekend.
