RANGELY, Colo. – It's a big week ahead for CNCC Athletics, with Spartan Soccer back on home turf at the Bud Striegel Family Soccer Field and Spartan Volleyball traveling for one last non-conference test before Scenic West play begins.
Soccer Returns Home
After a tough start to Scenic West play, both the men's and women's soccer teams are eager to bounce back in front of their home fans this week.

Thursday, Sept. 18 – CNCC vs. Truckee Meadows Community College

Saturday, Sept. 20 – CNCC vs. College of Southern Idaho
Kickoff times will feature the women's team first, followed by the men's matches. Both programs are hungry to put together strong performances as they continue building momentum in the conference season. The Spartans will look to lean on their mix of experienced sophomores and talented freshmen to get results on their home field.
Volleyball Travels to Torrington, WY
Meanwhile, the CNCC volleyball team will be on the road, traveling to Torrington, Wyoming, for its final preseason tournament before the grind of Scenic West competition begins.

The Spartans are using this tournament as their last tune-up opportunity, giving the team valuable match reps and the chance to sharpen their play against quality non-conference opponents. Head Coach Casey Quiggle is excited to see how his squad responds and prepares for conference battles ahead.
