CNCC fell 4-1 to Central Wyoming, starting a three-match swing this week with a loss. The defeat drops the Spartans to 0-1 to start the season.
Central Wyoming started hot, taking a 3-0 lead at halftime despite a spirited CNCC defensive effort. The Spartans scored their lone goal in the 52
nd minute, posting a score thanks to Brandon Macareno.

Tanner Miles made nine saves in the loss. The Spartans took a total of nine shots in the match.
Colorado Northwestern will travel to Price, Utah, for a two-match set this weekend. CNCC will play Northwest College on Friday.
