RANGELY, Colo. (February 7, 2021) - The Colorado Northwestern Community College volleyball team opened the 2021 season last weekend, falling in four matches in a tournament hosted by Central Wyoming.

CNCC fell 3-0 to Northwest College (22-25, 20-25, 18-25) and 3-1 to Central Wyoming (12-25, 15-25, 25-23, 11-25) on Friday, marking the first time the program had competed since the Fall of 2019. Saturday's matches ended with a pair of Colorado Northwestern losses, with the Spartans falling 3-0 to Laramie County (19-25, 11-25, 24-26) and falling 3-0 to host Central Wyoming for the straight day (18-25, 20-25, 23-25).

Colorado Northwestern will play a non-conference match on Tuesday inside Hefley Gym, hosting Western Wyoming Community College.
