Box Score RANGELY, Colo. (October 23, 2021) – The Colorado Northwestern Community College Volleyball program had a tough loss in a contest with the NJCAA's third-ranked program on Saturday.
 
CNCC fell 3-0 at No. 3 Salt Lake Community College, losing the match by set scores of 9-25, 16-25, 15-25. With the loss, the Lady Spartans are now 0-20 overall and 0-9 in Scenic West Athletic Conference matches.
 
Colorado Northwestern had several strong individual performances in the loss, with Emily Badger posting six kills. Sierra Smith finished with 14 digs, while Marissa Coney had 8 assists.
 
CNCC will travel to a two-team tournament early in the week, then will host USU Eastern on Friday to celebrate 'Sophomore Day.' The festivities will begin at 6:00 p.m. in Hefley Gym.
