RANGELY, Colo. (September 28, 2019) – The Colorado Northwestern Community College volleyball team suffered a conference loss on Saturday, falling to No. 9 Salt Lake Community College.
 
The Lady Spartans suffered a 3-0 defeat to the Bruins, falling in set scores of 15-25, 8-25, 9-25. The loss drops CNCC's overall record to 3-11 and 0-2 in the Scenic West Athletic Conference.
 
CNCC finished with 17 kills as a team, with Brilynd Pence and Breanna Jessop finishing with 5 kills. Izzy Stille led the team with 9 assists. Defensively, the Lady Spartans finished with 35 digs and 6 blocks.  

Colorado Northwestern will play a home match on Saturday against USU Eastern. The match will begin at 1:00 p.m.
