RANGELY, Colo. (November 22, 2019) – The Colorado Northwestern Community College women's basketball team fell in a preseason contest Friday.
 
The Lady Spartans lost in an 81-66 contest to Frank Phillips College in a tournament hosted by Lamar Community College. The loss drops CNCC's overall record to 0-11.
 
CNCC shot just .373 for the game from the field, hitting 20-of-24 free throws. Dani Russo finished with 20 points and 12 rebounds, with Courtney Freeman posting 13 points. Hope Bondurant scored 8 points.  

Colorado Northwestern will play host Lamar Community College at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
