Rangely-  The Lady Spartans had a tough showing at home against the Lady Eagles of Utah State University-Eastern 86-44 Saturday afternoon at Hefley Gymnasium. 

The Lady Spartans were Led by Matti Bannister who had 13 points along with Danielle Russo and hometown Favorite Ketelyn Brown both adding 6 points each in the Losing effort. 

The Eagles, who had 4 of their 5 starters in double figures, were led by Emmery Wagstaff leading all scorers with 18 points 3 assists and 8 rebounds. 

The Loss drops the Lady Spartans record to 3-19 and The eagles moving to 15-5 with the win.

The Lady Spartans will look to bounce back next Thursday when they take on The College of Southern Idaho at Home.
