Fifteen CNCC Student-Athletes Named to NJCAA All-Academic Teams

RANGELY, Colo. — Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC) is proud to announce that 15 Spartan student-athletes have been recognized by the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) for their outstanding academic achievement during the 2024–25 academic year.

These student-athletes have earned placement on the NJCAA All-Academic First, Second, or Third Teams, showcasing excellence in the classroom while competing at the highest level of two-year college athletics.

To qualify, student-athletes must have achieved a GPA of 3.60 or higher. The NJCAA All-Academic honors are divided into three levels:

  • First Team: 4.00 GPA

  • Second Team: 3.80–3.99 GPA

  • Third Team: 3.60–3.79 GPA

"We are incredibly proud of our student-athletes who continue to raise the bar both in their sport and in the classroom," said CNCC Athletic Director Zach Stevenson. "This recognition is a testament to their work ethic, discipline, and the support provided by our faculty, coaches, and academic staff."
