Box Score RANGELY, Colo. (November 4, 2022) – The Colorado Northwestern Community College Women's Basketball team earned some revenge Friday in a road win.
 
A day after falling at the hands of Western Wyoming Community College, CNCC responded to earn a 72-66 win against the host Lady Mustangs. Colorado Northwestern is now 1-1 overall.
 
CNCC came out to take an early lead, posting a 32-24 lead at halftime. The Lady Spartans would lead by as many 16 points. Colorado Northwestern limited Western Wyoming to just 37.7 percent shooting and just 3-of-14 shooting from three-point range. 
 
Hailey Long led the Lady Spartans with double-double of 20 points and 12 rebounds, while Eva Kingston posted 17 points, 3 rebounds, and 2 steals. Carolynn Washington scored 13 points and Jessie Ford had 11 points and 6 rebounds. 
 
Colorado Northwestern will play in a tournament hosted by Central Wyoming.
