Box Score RANGELY, Colo. (November 11, 2022) – The Colorado Northwestern Community College Women's Basketball team fell in a preseason tournament game Friday.
 
CNCC dropped a game to Northwest College, falling in a 62-81 decision to the Lady Trappers. Colorado Northwestern is now 1-2 overall on the season.
 
Northwest jumped out to a first quarter lead, with CNCC trailing 37-33 at halftime. The Lady Spartans were outscored 27-16 in the third quarter, creating a gap they were never able to close. Colorado Northwestern committed 26 turnovers in the loss.
 
Hailey Long posted a double-double of 17 points and 12 rebounds, with Carolynn Washington scoring 16 points and dishing 8 assists. Jessie Ford scored 15 points on 6-of-10 shooting and securing 7 rebounds
 
Colorado Northwestern will play against Central Wyoming on Saturday.
