RANGELY, Colo. (April 9, 2021) – The Colorado Northwestern Community College softball program dropped a road doubleheader in Scenic West Athletic Conference play Friday.
 
The Lady Spartans fell at No. 2 Salt Lake Community College, losing 15-4 in game one and 11-0 in game two. The losses dropped CNCC to 0-28 overall and 0-18 in Scenic West play.
 
Highlight plays in game one included Maya Sharpnack hitting an RBI double in the fourth inning. Kelsey Ramos also had an RBI fielder's choice in the third inning. 
 
Colorado Northwestern and Salt Lake will play a doubleheader on Saturday to finish the series.
