RANGELY, Colo. (March 20, 2021) – A blustery day matched the results for the Colorado Northwestern Community College softball team Saturday.

The Lady Spartans fell in both games of a doubleheader against the visiting College of Southern Nevada, falling 28-4 and 9-0 to the Lady Coyotes. CNCC is now 0-22 overall and 0-12 in Scenic West play.

Colorado Northwestern will play at the College of Southern Idaho next weekend.Â

CSN posted five runs in the top of the first inning, with CNCC cutting into the deficit with a pair of runs. However, Southern Nevada powered to 13 runs in the second inning, earning the win.Â
