Box Score RANGELY, Colo. (February 6, 2021) – The final game of the 2021 preseason ended with a loss for the Colorado Northwestern Community College men's basketball team.
 
The Spartans posted a 95-53 loss to Scenic West Athletic Conference foe College of Southern Idaho, playing a non-conference game in a tournament. The loss drops CNCC's overall record to 1-3.

CNCC fell behind early and never were able to catch up in the loss. Individually, Rhaven Brown finished with 16 points and Azarien Stephens scored 12 points. Chuol Deng-Wal also posted 8 points in the loss. 
 
Colorado Northwestern will open Scenic West play on Tuesday, beginning with a game against USU Eastern. The Spartans will return home for a SWAC game on Thursday, Feb. 11 against No. 3 Salt Lake.
