He hammered Southern Idaho again on Feb. 15 by scoring 32 points with four rebounds and two assists. Those outbursts sandwiched a 31-point, two-rebound, three-assist game against Snow on Feb. 6. In the regular-season finale against Salt Lake, Christensen capped his junior college career with 25 points, seven rebounds, and one assist.
"Tyler is an outstanding basketball player," said CNCC Head Coach
Ben Cruickshank. "He has worked very hard on his game during his two seasons as a Spartan, and has absolutely earned the recognition he is receiving."
Christensen's All-SWAC distinction highlights a historic season for Colorado Northwestern Men's Basketball. The Spartans won the most games in program history for a second straight season, posted a winning record for the first time ever, and produced a notable team GPA at the semester break. Those were just a few of numerous milestones and records for Coach Cruickshank's squad. With the 2024-25 campaign in the books, CNCC turns to offseason training and recruiting its next outstanding class.
