RANGELY, Colo. (February 24, 2021) - The Colorado Northwestern Community College volleyball team suffered a road loss Wednesday, falling in a Scenic West Athletic Conference game at No. 15 Salt Lake Community College. 

The Lady Spartans lost a 3-0 decision to the nationally-ranked Bruins, falling by set scores of 9-25, 12-25, 9-25. The losses drop CNCC to 1-2 in Scenic West play.

Amerivelle Pena finished with a team-high six kills, while Isabella Stille had six assists. Braedyn Peters had 16 digs.

Colorado Northwestern will continue the road trip Friday, facing off against the College of Southern Idaho in a Scenic West match.
