RANGELY, Colo. (February 4, 2020) - The Colorado Northwestern Community College men's basketball team will continue its four-game road swing this week.

After falling at Southern Idaho and USU Eastern last weekend, the Spartans will travel to play Snow College and nationally-ranked Salt Lake Community College in this weekend's action. After two tough defeats, including a competitive loss to USU Eastern, CNCC is looking to reclaim some momentum heading into the final half of the two-week road swing.

Spartans coach Nathan Terrin said his team is looking forward to the challenge of the opening week.

This weekend's competition will surely provide Colorado Northwestern with a stiff challenge. Snow College enters Thursday's game at 4-3 in league play, three games behind league-leader Snow College. The Badgers, who are coming off a 76-70 win over USU Eastern, defeated CNCC, 103-86, earlier this season. Salt Lake is a perfect 7-0 in the Scenic West, already holding two wins over the Spartans this season. 

Colorado Northwestern will play at Snow College at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday in Ephraim. The Spartans will play at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday against Salt Lake.
