RANGELY, Colo. (February 1, 2020) – A weekend road trip ended in a loss for the Colorado Northwestern Community College men's basketball team.
 
CNCC fell 105-87 to USU Eastern on Saturday, going 0-2 to open a four-game road trip. The loss drops CNCC to 3-22 overall and 1-6 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play. 

Azarien Stephens and Javonte Wyllie both finished with 21 points to lead the Spartans. Dre'Quez Harvey scored 18 points, while Jordan Stratch had 13 points. 
 
The Spartans will travel to play regional rival Snow College on Thursday, with a scheduled 7:00 p.m. tip. The road trip will end with a game at nationally-ranked Salt Lake Community College next Saturday.
