RANGELY, Colo. (December 30, 2019) – The final preseason tournament of the year for the Colorado Northwestern Community College men's basketball team ended in heartbreak Monday.
 
CNCC lost to host Pima Community College, 97-94, to go winless in the tournament. The tournament was the Spartans' final preseason tune-up before Saturday's Scenic West Athletic Conference opener.
 
The Spartans will play at Salt Lake Community College to open league play on Saturday.
