RANGELY, Colo. (November 8, 2019) – The Colorado Northwestern Community College men's basketball team began a preseason tourney with a loss Friday.
 
Playing in a tournament hosted by Scenic West rival USU Eastern, the Spartans suffered an 85-82 Friday to Rexburg United. The loss drops CNCC's overall record to 0-2.
 
Colorado Northwestern will continue play in Price on Saturday in the USU Eastern tourney. The Spartans will play Impact Academy at 2:00 p.m.
