RANGELY, Colo. (November 4, 2019) - The 2019-20 version of the Colorado Northwestern Community College men's basketball team will take the floor for the first time on Tuesday.
The Spartans will open the season with a home game against Western Wyoming Community College on Tuesday inside Hefley Gym, followed up by games this weekend in a tournament hosted by USU Eastern. CNCC is coming off a 2018-19 season where they finished at 9-22 overall and 2-10 in the Scenic West Athletic Conference.

Nathan Terrin said his team is excited to open the season after a productive training camp.
"We are excited to open up the season at home," he said. "It will be a good test against a solid Western Wyoming team that plays extremely hard."
Colorado Northwestern will play a total of four preseason tournaments, along with a sprinkling of other matchups. The Spartans open Scenic West play on January 4 against Salt Lake Community College.Â
