The Colorado Northwestern Community College Women's Softball team started the season off with a record of 4 & 2 with wins over #2 top ranked team Pima Community College 8-0 & Yavapai 7-5. The lady Spartans also got impressive wins over Central Arizona 12-4 & Scottsdale Community College 12-6. After the weekend the Spartans are 6th in the nation in hitting .421 led the nation in triples 7, is 2nd in the nation with 23 stolen bases. The Spartans are led by Taylor Reidhead with a 4-1 record in the circle--leads the nation with 4 wins , & McKenna Fox led the nation in stolen bases with 9, along with Kayla Durfey 3rd in the nation with 6.
