RANGELY, Colo. — Colorado Northwestern Community College Baseball has officially released its 2026 schedule, and it sets the stage for another exciting spring of Spartan baseball filled with early-season tests, marquee conference matchups, and plenty of action at Columbine Park.

The Spartans will open the season on the road in late January with a challenging Arizona swing, beginning January 26–27 at Mesa Community College, followed by a four-game series against Paradise Valley Community College in Phoenix. CNCC will continue its early-season preparation with additional road series against Chandler-Gilbert and Cochise College, providing valuable competition before conference play begins.

February continues with a tough four-game series against College of Southern Nevada in Henderson, Nevada, before the Spartans return closer to home for neutral-site matchups in Grand Junction, Colorado, against Lamar Community College and Luna Community College.

Home Opener at Columbine Park

Spartan fans won't have to wait long to catch CNCC Baseball at home, as the Spartans open play at Columbine Park on March 13–14 with a four-game series against Community Christian College. It marks the start of a packed home schedule that will feature some of the top teams in the Scenic West Athletic Conference.

Scenic West Conference Battles

Conference play begins in earnest in mid-March, highlighted by road and home series against perennial conference powers:

• Salt Lake Community College

• College of Southern Idaho

• Utah State University Eastern

The Spartans will host College of Southern Idaho (March 26–28), Salt Lake Community College (April 9–11), and Utah State University Eastern (April 23–25) at Columbine Park, setting the stage for crucial late-season matchups with postseason implications.

Eyes on the Postseason

The regular season will conclude with the Region 18 Tournament, beginning April 30, as CNCC looks to position itself for a strong postseason run.
