RANGELY, Colo. (February 5, 2022) – The Colorado Northwestern Community College Softball team lost in a doubleheader to end an Arizona preseason tournament Saturday. 
 
CNCC lost a pair of games to close the tournament on Saturday, falling 10-5 to Eastern Arizona in eight innings to open the day. The Lady Spartans then lost a 16-1 run-rule decision to Yavapai College later in the day. CNCC is now 0-10 overall after the tournament.
 
Colorado Northwestern will return to play in early March for Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
