RANGELY, Colorado – The Lady Spartans kicked off day two of the Coach USA Classic in Gillette, Wyoming, with a 79-59 win over the Wyoming All-Stars.
CNCC was able to control the game from start to finish with better basketball security than the previous day, committing only 13 turnovers. The Lady Spartans also did a better job on the glass collecting 17 offensive rebounds and 53 rebounds overall for the game.
For the second day in a row, CNCC had great balance offensively with 10 players scoring.
Sarah Midgley led the attack with 17 points (7-13 shooting). Also contributing to CNCC's scoring were

Taylor Thomas led the Lady Spartans with eight rebounds, and Rodriguez led the team in assists with five while also pulling down 7 rebounds.
