Lourenco Da Silva is entering his first year as the Assistant Men's and Women's Soccer Coach at Colorado Northwestern Community College (CNCC), bringing with him 15 years of dedicated coaching experience across various levels in Utah and Nevada. A passionate soccer coach, Da Silva has a proven track record of developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and achieving competitive success. His leadership and communication skills, combined with a deep understanding of the game, make him a valuable asset to the CNCC soccer program.

Originally from Brazil, Da Silva brings a rich background as a former semi-professional player, having competed in the Premier Division in Utah. His playing experience, both at the semi-professional level and currently in multiple recreational leagues, gives him a unique perspective that he applies to his coaching. In addition to team coaching, Da Silva has extensive experience providing private soccer coaching and lessons, working with players from recreational to collegiate levels, and helping them reach their full potential.

Da Silva is also an experienced soccer referee, adding another layer of insight into the game that informs his coaching approach. His commitment to promoting sportsmanship and personal growth in athletes is evident in his coaching style, making him a well-rounded and respected figure in the soccer community.

As he embarks on his first season at CNCC, Coach Da Silva is eager to contribute to the continued success of the men's and women's soccer teams, leveraging his extensive experience and passion for the game to inspire and develop the next generation of student-athletes.
