Forrest Myers joins the CNCC cross country and track & field programs from Central High School in Grand Junction, Colorado. A versatile runner with experience from the 400 meters through longer cross country distances, Forrest has recorded personal bests of 53.83 in the 400 meters, 1:59.72 in the 800 meters, 4:51.01 in the 1600 meters, 17:09.10 for 3 miles, 16:38.16 in the 5K, and 53:29.00 for 5 miles. His combination of middle-distance speed and cross country strength provides a solid foundation for success at the collegiate level.
