Joseph Valdez joins the CNCC cross country and track & field programs from Rangely High School in Rangely, Colorado. A versatile athlete with a strong blend of speed and endurance, Joseph has recorded personal bests of 51.53 in the 400 meters, 2:08.03 in the 800 meters, 5:09.88 in the 1600 meters, and 17:29.36 in the 5K. His range across both sprint and distance events demonstrates his athleticism and provides flexibility across the Spartans' track and cross country programs.
