Embarking on his second year as an assistant coach for Colorado Northwestern Community College, Trever Berg's story is a testament to the enduring connection between a player and the game he loves. Trever's journey began when he started his collegiate baseball career at CNCC in the fall of 2016, wearing the Spartan colors with pride. However, a setback in the form of an injury temporarily kept him off the field in the spring of 2018.

Undeterred by challenges, Trever's resilience propelled him forward. He continued his baseball journey at the College of Southern Nevada in the spring of 2019, marking a new chapter in his collegiate career. The pursuit of excellence led him to the University of Texas Permian Basin, where he played for three years and earned his bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in coaching in the spring of 2022.

Now back at CNCC, Trever Berg brings a unique perspective to his role as an assistant coach, having experienced both the triumphs and challenges of collegiate baseball. His return to the Spartan family is a homecoming of sorts, a chance to impart the wisdom gained through playing and learning. As he enters this new chapter, Trever's dedication to both the game and the academic development of student-athletes shines through, reflecting his passion for baseball and the mentorship that coaching provides.
