RANGELY, Colo. (February 11, 2023) – A bid for a perfect week ended just short for the Colorado Northwestern Community College Women's Basketball team.
 
CNCC dropped a Scenic West road game with Southern Nevada Saturday, falling 83-47. Colorado Northwestern had previously swept Community Christian in three games earlier this week. The loss sits the Lady Spartans at 8-16 overall and 4-11 in Scenic West contests.
 
CSN took control early in the game, holding a 24-16 lead after the first quarter. The Lady Spartans shot just 22.1 percent in the game, committing 14 turnovers.
 
Eva Kingston finished with 19 points, while Jessie Ford had 17 points. Madison Thomas scored 6 points. 
 
Colorado Northwestern will play at USU Eastern on Thursday.
