RANGELY, Colo. (March 21, 2022) - The Colorado Northwestern Community College Softball team competed well but came up short in a Scenic West Athletic Conference doubleheader over the weekend.

CNCC lost a doubleheader on Saturday at USU Eastern, falling 18-7 and 8-0 in a pair of games. The losses drop CNCC to 0-22 overall now, with a Scenic West mark of 0-12.

Highlights on the day included Mya Murdock hitting an RBI double in the day's first game, alongside Keely Porter hitting a two-run single. Murdock and Porter both had a pair of RBI's in the 18-7 loss.

Colorado Northwestern will play a four-game series at Snow College this weekend, playing doubleheaders on both Friday and Saturday.
