RANGELY, Colo. (November 10, 2021) - The Colorado Northwestern Community College Men's Basketball program lost in a home non-conference game Wednesday.
CNCC fell in a 103-80 decision to Casper College, trailing at halftime and never recovering. With the loss, the Spartans are now 1-4 overall.
Casper jumped out a 49-41 lead over Colorado Northwestern and never looked back, shooting 52.3 percent (34-of-65) from the field. On the other hand, the Spartans shot just 36.67 percent from the field (11-of-30) in the second half.
Trevon Cason led CNCC with 21 points, while
Jaden Stoffel scored 19 points. Nahsyah Boler posted 16 points and
Rhaven Brown was the other double-digit scorer, finishing with 15 points.
Colorado Northwestern will play in a tournament at Snow College this weekend, facing off against Jump Start and Arizona Western College.Â
