RANGELY, Colo. (February 15, 2020) – A good start ended in a disappointing way for the Colorado Northwestern Community College men's basketball team on Saturday.

The Spartans, hosting longtime foe USU Eastern, started well but ended up losing in a 87-71Â decision to the Badgers. CNCC's overall record is now 3-26 overall and 1-10 in Scenic West play.
USU Eastern took an early lead and never surrendered a lead.
Azarien Stephens finished with 16 points to lead the Spartans, while
Dre'Quez Harvey scored 14 points.
Rhaven Brown posted 11 points and then
Matthew Hamilton contributed 10 points.Â

CNCC will host its regular-season finale inside Hefley Gym next Saturday, hosting Snow College.Â
