Head Women's Soccer Coach Jason Bond returns for his second year at the helm of the Lady Spartan Soccer Program.
Coach Bond has previously been an Assistant Soccer Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College since 2012. During his time there he helped the women’s team earn their first Regular Season and Region II Championship in 2013 and helped the Men’s win a Regular Season Championship in 2015 and two Region II Championships in 2015 and 2016. While being an assistant coach for the women’s program, they never finished below 2nd place in the regular season standings from 2012-2016. Of the combined 8 winning seasons in program history for both NEO Soccer programs, Bond was apart of 7 of them. During his time at NEO, the soccer programs graduated over a hundred student athletes and helped many others successfully transfer to 4-year soccer programs. Bond has worked with over 50 men and women players that have graduated and transferred to play soccer at NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA programs.
Prior to coaching, Bond grew up playing soccer in North Texas and played club soccer for the DFW Tornados in the Dallas Classic League. During High school years at Denton Ryan, Bond earn All-District honors in addition to being the Team MVP and Golden Boot Winner his senior year. In college, Bond earned all-conference honors twice and was the Team MVP and leading goal scorer during his Junior year season. Bond was also a captain in High School and a 3-year captain for Southwestern College (KS).
With an experienced background working at the NJCAA Division I Soccer level, Bond is looking forward to growing the program and helping student athletes achieve their goals and reach their dreams.
